This manual covers workspace administration for CiteConvert — the closed-loop AI revenue attribution platform.
CiteConvert uses two layers of access:
Workspace admins are treated as owners on every domain. Domain owners manage members; editors create and edit prompts, goals, and data; viewers are read-only.
Open Onboarding, enter the root domain and brand name. Each plan caps the number of domains (Starter 1, Pro 5, Agency 25). Onboarding checks your subscription limit before creating the domain.
Invite users from the Enterprise → Team tab. Assign domain-specific roles in the Access Control tab. Only workspace admins and domain owners can change roles.
Generate scoped keys from Enterprise → API Keys. Each key has a visible prefix, a hashed secret, optional domain scoping, expiry, per-minute rate limit, and an IP allowlist. Rotate or revoke keys at any time. All key actions are written to the audit log.
Every administrative action is appended to a tamper-evident, hash-chained audit log. Use Enterprise → Audit Log to verify chain integrity and export records for compliance.
Plans are billed via Base44 Payments. Manage or change your plan on the Pricing page. Subscription status and renewal date appear in Settings.
